hate to shop, or simply pressed for time, Johannah’s offers a variety
of personal shopping services.
We
take great pride in providing our customers with friendly, personal service.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, we will make
every effort to find it for you. In fact, Kathleen and Bud love the satisfaction
that comes from hand picking items so much that they often focus buying trips
on the specific needs and wants of individual customers.
Telephone requests for special gift items or personal accessories are
always welcome.

Preferred Customer Program
Those registered at Johannah’s
are eligible for our Preferred Customer
Program which includes announcements of all upcoming sales and special
events.
A Personal Gift Registry
Customers are encouraged to register items on their “wish list” in our Personal Gift Registry.
All of our customers are also invited
to fill out a Personal Style
Profile which notes hair and eye coloring, skin tone, style and
color preferences. We keep a journal of customers’ recent purchases and
will deliver a personal note when something of interest arrives to
complement their style.
Gift Certificates
Beautifully wrapped gift certificates
are available in any denomination year round. Telephone and gift orders
are welcome and can be delivered directly, for a minimal shipping and handling
fee, when paid by credit card.
Private Shopping
We are happy to arrange private shopping
hours for individual customers. We also enjoy hosting private parties
